I wanted to take a moment to give everyone a quick account of what Joshua and I went through on Saturday night (April 29th, 2017), for those of you who haven't heard. We went out to mom's house on the river (it's just upstream from Dawt Mill) at about 4:30 Saturday afternoon to help her sandbag and prepare for the 25' flood that was being called for. We have had 25' floods (record was 35' in 1915) before and they aren't catastrophic in that area - just a little water in the basement, so that's what we were preparing for. As we were getting things ready, we kept a close eye on the radar, the flood levels, and the river itself.

Born in Newton, Iowa and raised in Southern Missouri. Moved to West Plains, Missouri to attend Junior High. Worked in sales throughout Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas. Currently working for FundRaiser Software in West Plains, Missouri as Sales Manager.

Born in West Plains, Missouri and deciding on best college to attend. Enjoying working for Donahue Roofing and spending time at the River House.
